Website orders are shipped on the next business day. We package & ship Monday through Friday and most Saturday's. The shipping schedule may vary based on postal & federal holidays. We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Packages will be shipped to the address you have entered at checkout in your account on our website. If you need to update your shipping address you MUST notify us by sending an e-mail to: ***@***.com
Shipping insurance is available upon request. We will not insure your package if you do not purchase shipping insurance. Please contact us to get a quote on shipping insurance for your website order.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for packages that become lost or damaged while in the possession of the USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Refunds:
If you would like a refund, you must request a refund prior to the live break associated with your order. Once the live break has started there are absolutely no refunds or returns.
For any refunds, there is a 5% restock fee of the total order. The 5% restock fee covers any payment provider fees associated with your order, which are not refunded to us when we issue a refund. If you'd like a refund in store credit, you will NOT be charged the restock fee.
